Soil Amendment

The Brillyant BioKlean waste processing technology has been developed by a group of scientists, farmers and agronomists, and is the result of several man-years of hard work and land application. After twelve years of field study and development, the process can be utilized to efficiently convert high volumes of organic waste into agricultural materials.

Brillyant BioKlean is a practical environmentally responsible means of waste processing. All of the applied waste material is processed in relatively short times so that an assembly line operation can be established. The end products are organic soil nutrients required for vegetable, citrus and sod farms.

The ideal starting materials are bio-solids (animal waste and sludge from water treatment plants), green waste, food waste and sediment from lakes and rivers.

The first facility for large-scale production of organic soil nutrients was established in Mexico.  The technology addresses serious environmental issues of land and water pollution from sewage sludge and food waste. There are presently over 8 million tons of wastewater plant biosolids at the Mexico site and about 300 tons being delivered on a daily basis. Up to 7,000 barrels per day of food waste (produce, animal waste, institutional) is delivered to the site.

Rich custom blended materials are produced for use on all types of vegetable, fruit and tree farms, and for nurseries and greenhouses. These organic products can help restore non-productive or damaged land.

There are presently two operations in Mexico. The larger one (about 100 acres, being expanded to 200 acres) is where the bulk of the processing occurs and bio-solids are accessible, and, from which products are distributed. The smaller (about 50 acres) is where green waste is chipped and food waste is pre-processed.
